Worvli Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Worvli Terms”) are an agreement between you and [full name of the individual entrepreneur — to be filled in], an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, operating under the brand Erti Cloud (“we”, “us”), for the Worvli game on iOS, Android and the web (“Worvli”).

They supplement our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. If they conflict, these Worvli Terms apply to Worvli. Our Worvli Privacy Policy explains which data Worvli processes.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play Worvli on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Worvli Terms and the rules of the store you got it from.

You may not sell, rent or sublicense Worvli, copy or modify it, extract its word lists, dictionaries or other content for other purposes, or circumvent its technical protections, except where the law expressly allows this.

Worvli is a word game for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your country, ask a parent or guardian to read these terms with you, and make purchases only with their permission. App stores provide parental controls for purchases, such as Apple’s “Ask to Buy”.

Worvli uses virtual game items — coins, hints, lives, boosters and similar items (“Items”). You can earn Items by playing and buy coins with real money.

• Items are a limited licence to use features of the game. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods and cannot be transferred to other people, devices or games.
• We may adjust the game economy — for example rewards, prices of boosters in coins or difficulty — to keep the game balanced, but we will not reduce the coins already credited to your device.
• Items cannot be sold or traded outside the game.

Worvli works without an account and without our servers. Your progress, statistics, settings and Items — including coins you bought — are stored only on your device. We do not receive a copy and cannot restore them.

Your progress and Items are therefore permanently lost if you delete Worvli, clear its data or the browser’s site data, use “Reset progress” in the settings, or move to another device. Coins are a consumable purchase, so the stores’ “Restore purchases” function cannot bring them back.

Coins are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The store processes the payment, shows the final price including any taxes, and its terms apply to the transaction. The web version of Worvli does not sell Items.

Purchased coins are credited immediately. Where the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, you request immediate delivery when you buy, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started, to the extent that law allows.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and Google through Google Play. Your statutory rights — for example if a purchase is not delivered — are not affected.

If you were charged but the coins did not arrive, contact support@erticloud.com with the store receipt, and we will help as far as technically possible.

Word lists, dictionaries and quotes are included for entertainment. We try to keep them correct and appropriate, but we do not guarantee that every word, spelling or quotation is complete, correct or accepted in every region. If you find an error or an offensive entry, please tell us at support@erticloud.com.

We may release updates that add, change or remove features and content. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We will provide updates needed to keep Worvli in conformity where the law requires it.

We may stop offering Worvli. If we stop selling coins, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance where possible; coins you already have remain usable for as long as the installed game works on your device.

Worvli is provided “as is”, with the warranties and the limitation of liability set out in sections 9 and 10 of our Terms of Service. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights regarding the conformity of digital content, are not affected.

If you got Worvli from the Apple App Store:

• these Worvli Terms are concluded between you and us, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”); we, not Apple, are solely responsible for Worvli and its content;
• your licence is limited to using Worvli on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules of the App Store Terms of Service, except that family members may use it through Family Sharing;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Worvli;
• if Worvli fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding Worvli;
• we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to Worvli, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims;
• if a third party claims that Worvli or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging the claim;
• you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Worvli Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you got Worvli from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases. Google is not a party to these Worvli Terms.
